Disgusting Service!

The absolute most disgusting service i have ever received from an insurance. Im sure even dogs get treated better. Its been almost two months without a phone being sent from pillar to post and no communication whatsoever in terms of what the delay is. First the phone was not available then i was going to be reimbursed, of which ive been told the payment will be processed for the past two weeks. I am taking them to the ombudsman, this is not how customers should be treated. I would not recommend anyone to use this insurance if you want a headache and struggle.
