Disastrous Insurer

It seems this company has decided to stop paying for claims altogether. I am looking at all the negative reviews and I have gone through exactly the same experience. You submit a claim and you are asked for documentation. You submit documentation and they go all dead silent on you. You contact them to ask if they received your paperwork, they acknowledge it. Then dead silence again. You contact them to ask if there's been any progress, and you are asked for documentation you already submitted 2 weeks ago. Then silence.

My advice, don't bother with this company. I have decided to go ahead and pay for the repair of my device and cancelled my policies for both devices I had insured with them.

I'm also seeking legal advice. Had this company simply gotten back to me to say my claim has been rejected, that would have been better treatment. But this endless back and forth surely goes against the terms of the contract.
