Claim turnaround time is amazing!

So impressed with LOOM! I live in fear of Insurance companies, but could not rave about LOOM more. At sign up I was impressed with the service but the real test came at claim stage. My phone was ****** last week whilst in Pick n Pay, LOOM approved my claim the same day and somehow got my new phone to me the next day. Don't think I have ever experienced this level of service before. Thanks to the team for all the help, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
