Bad Service

I submitted a claim to Loom for a cellphone, which was approved on the 9th of December 2020, Paid access and since then no communication from Loom has been forthcoming, I got a call from another company called IAM ***) they will deliver my phone. I am still waiting and no one picks up the call. went to an extent of calling King Price to my surprise they cant track my claim :(
