Appalling service from Ronit

I am still waiting for my cellphone claim to be settled from close to weeks back . I constantly need to follow up on the progress of the claim and your agent is just nonchalant showing just how much customer service is a joke to you, Wow , I am so disappointed and I hope people see this and reconsider if they wanted to join you.

I wish there was an option to rate zero because even star is too many
