Appalling Service

My experience with Loom Insurance which is now owned by King Price has been the worst. I recently submitted a claim for a ****** device and they are refusing to give me the device I had initially insured. I have been offered a device that has way more storage capacity than the originally insure device and this has cost implications and I am now expected to pay a significantly high excess. This is beyond unfair. They are not even responding to my emails and I cannot get a hold of them via telephone. Will definitely move to another cellphone insurance company after this. I am Livid.
