1st claim very disappointed

My first claim and I'm greatly disappointed.. I lodged a claim on the 19th of February 2020 after my cellphone was ****** and its the 23rd of March still no reply about my claim, I submitted all required documents and to my surprise I was asked for itemised billing I dnt know what for what disturbs me more is when you read on reviews certain claims were resolved within 2/3 days how when other claims takes more than a month to solve... How? All in all I'm not happy at all with how my claim is handled at some point I really got fed up and wanted to cancel the claim cs it is frustrating, I'm greatly disappointed had to borrow a friends cellphone(smart phone) in order to be able to have access to the internet but I have to now return the phone because the owner wants to use it plus all his contacts are here so each time he needs a contact he was call or sms me asking for the number which I think is also frustrating on his side... Reviews from other clients made me fall in love with Loom but I regret ever joining and it makes one wonder if the positive reviews are genuine or staged..
