Spam / ***** - Items where ordered and Paid for. The courier company they used (LMC Logistics SA) requested additional payment. When I tried phoning Loom regarding this, they stopped answering all calls & emails.

Loom Home Furniture has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I paid for an outdoor bench that was never delivered. After numerous attempts to get answers and resolve the issue, they blocked me instead of helping. Their so-called insurance/delivery payment system is worthless, and the website gives the impression of a legitimate business, but my experience has been the complete opposite. I am still waiting for either my bench or a full refund. Until this is resolved, I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Loom Home Furniture.

WARNING!!! COMPANY FORMALLY KNOWN AS LIVING HOME FURNITURES OR HOME LIVING FURNITURES, THEY ARE BACK WITH A NEW NAME. Please don't buy from this company, you will not receive your order, they will charge you extra for delivery after you have paid and then not pick up your calls or respond to WhatsApp when it is time to deliver. Please be warned, they changed their name now and the stuff they sell is from Amazon UK and USA not in South Africa.
