Looksee: no clue, no business

I tried to get my solar score from Looksee. Here is what happened: 1. The website repeatedly failed to use predictive text at all and/or correctly. 2. The website's search button repeatedly did not work after I had typed my own address.3 3. The two issues above arose on a standard PC. When I tried Android, the website kept sending me back to the home page when clicking on a link to get a solar score. 4. I complained about these issues. In the meantime, I managed to win a battle against the website, which listed my address very incorrectly. Do they not use Google Maps as most websites do? I got a solar score - finally - from the website. 5. I received a reply saying from Nthodi Kgatisoe saying that Looksee was not available for me because I lived in a complex and not a full title property. He had not down his homework. The property is full title. Not every complex is sectional title. He also does not even realise that, after much struggle, my somewhat incorrect address can be found on the website he says will not give me a solar score.

What a way to put people off from using Looksee for solar.
