Looksee, more like nosee

Standard Bank's solar platform should be called NoSee.

I contacted them on 3 March, they sent me a "personalised" estimate, without anyone actually inspecting the property or even calling me to find out what our requirements are.

The quote received has many questionable things in it, like only 4 solar panels (for a 4 bedroom house), extremely shortened warranty periods, undefined travelling costs for Standard Bank's SP to come from Johannesburg to service me in Bloemfontein and whilst claiming sunsync products it say they will only be used at an additional cost.

After emailing twice, they set up an appointment for Friday 17 March (2 weeks after first contact). In fact they emailed me a confirmation appointment that morning. Nobody pitched, nobody called, nobody rep**** to my email.

We now 2 weeks in to my first enquiry and nothing has been done, in fact my faith in this product and service has gone backwards.
