My daughter told me about this store and I ended up ordering a Kate bag for my everyday use since I fell in love with the design from the get-go. Two weeks later received the bag and was slightly disappointed for not having received the acrylic shoulder strap - a couple of emails to the support team later and I received the missing strap via Express Shipping!
