- exercise reasonable care while my vehicle was in their custody, - disclose the accident, - and respond appropriately when confronted,

constitutes a serious breach of duty, negligence, and potentially ******** conduct.

As the service provider, had a clear legal obligation to safeguard my property and to act transparently in the event of any incident. These actions (and omissions) have exposed me to financial loss, reputational risk with my insurer, and significant inconvenience.
