Way beyond what was expected.

I recently went to Look and Listen at Fourways Crossing where I was greeted and assisted by a staff member by the name of Wellington. It was a very old CD and this branch did not have in stock. He searched until he found the CD and immediately put in the transfer order to Fourways Crossing. I told Wellington that I need it for Christmas - he kept me posted on delivery and when he saw that it was still not delivered to his store and I would miss out on the Christmas deadline, he promised to personally go to the other store and bring it back on time. Welllington was true to his word and the next day called me to say that it was now in stock and being kept for me. Wow!!!! Now that is good service. Thank you Wellington - little do you really know how important this was to my husband and I. Thank you!
