Ordering goods & No feedback from store

I have ordered a product through Look and Listen Value Mall Boksburg on 31/03/2015 and I have waited 3 week and gone back to hear what was happening, they just said it's still on order. I waited again and went back on 30/06/2015 to find out what is happening with the product I have ordered, they said they will find out and let me know during the co**** of the day nobody got back to me. I went back again 1 week later the same story still on order but they see there is 5 in store at another store will find out and get back to me within the next 2-3 hours no responds from them at all. Went back for the last time, yes the lady did phone them but still no answers to when I can expect my product. Since the its been 3 weeks now again and no call back or any effort as to let me know what is happening. So please I have been buying from your store for the last 9 years make a plan.
