Not honouring the price on the item

At your Fourways store today, chose 3 DVD's from the R39.99 each or R99.00 for 3 shelve. When it came to paying I was told that one of the movies is in fact R159.00 and not on promotion. This DVD was shrink wrapped with the price of R39.99 attached to it. <br> Apparently the price tag attached to this movie, titled Enough Said, was in fact for a movie called Enough. <br> <br> Speaking to Nirvaan, the manager as well David at their head office, both informed me that it was human error on their part and that they are not willing to honour the indicated price. Both created the impression that I must accept it and just move on.<br> <br> Well I will not accept it, but I will most definitely move on. You have lost a customer today. As a person with a large movie collection and someone who buys movies from your company on a monthly basis, I would have imagined that I am exactly the type of customer you were catering for, but apparently not. <br> <br> Good buy!<br>
