maybe it's because I'm black they assume I'm ignor

I purchased 2 PlayStation 3 games as an impulse purchase they were advertised as FSP(FirstPersonShooter) and when I tried them they were 3rd person and RPG so I called and asked if I can return them was informed yes and happily came in the next day only to be told I can not change the games I asked for the manager or a decision maker and was told he's in church and must not be disturbed. now why is it that at a black mall they can misrepresent a product with out any repercussions is it because they assume were to ******** to know the difference or just they don't care.
