Look and Listen really don't want customers

On Thursday 14 May I went to enquire about ANC Headphones and Aaron assisted me. They had no stock of Sennheiser CXC700 and he had no idea when they would order (apparently according to Aaron they wait until they need lots of stock and order one time (So customers just wait for that lucky day). He promised (only upon prompting, it was not going to happen otherwise) to find out the price (which he thought was R999) and availability and call me back that day. The next day!!! I called the store on both of their numbers *** and ***, both just rang and rang at 9:20am. I went back to the store and Aaron walked straight past me, I stopped him and he said he wonders if the email he sent had been answered, because they had a black out yesterday afternoon (strange I'm on Fourways grid and didn't have an outage!). He went to reception and checked email and confirmed there was no reply to his email (Great supplier). He then called her (so the phones do work) I confirmed the numbers I dialled with him (both correct). I left promised an answer again. Guess what.The following Tuesday 19th, I called both numbers again and both rang off. Clearly they do not want to serve customers
