The young lady cashier at Hillfox Look & Listen who alerted me to the fact that an item was incorrectly priced on the shelf and the price on her system was half that, you did the right thing for Customer Service.<br> <br> A pity your supervisor imp****, right there in front of me, that you would now have to pay the difference.<br> <br> Your supervisors name is indicated as the Salesperson on the receipt and not you, or I would mention your name here.<br> I would love to know if you were actually expected to pay the difference as I would willingly come back to settle the difference with you.
