Great customer service by one.

I went in looking for a Madagascar movie but I couldn't find it. Next second i had this indian/coloured gentleman literally on his hands and knees, crawling, looking for the Madagascar movie for me. AND HE DID NOT STOP LOOKING. Well done sir! You give the whole entire Look & Listen group a brilliant name! I'm disappointed i didn't get his name though but i will never forget his face! On the other hand, the ladies standing behind the counter need to pull up their socks and take things seriously. I got terrible service from them and the only thing holding me back from complaining about them is the wonderful gentleman who I HOPE IS THE MANAGER! AGAIN, WELL DONE TO YOU SIR!
