exchange for gift card

I went and exchange PS games. They didn't't have what I was looking for. They offered me a gift card (I didn't't want a gift card) but because they will be receiving new stock soon. I was there last week. Still no stock and they can't order they might close down. Now I must spend my money on **** I don't want. Perhaps it's better to close down. I could've done my business somewhere else.
