4 months and STILL waiting

I ordered a CD from look and listen, hillfox branch 4 months ago.<br> I have been to the branch 4 times since to follow up and after waiting tirelessly for service I receive the same answer every time - sorry, we have not received it, please come back or we'll call you.<br> <br> Well I have received no call from Look and Listen and neither have they bothered to follow up or do anything about retrieving my order.<br> <br> I had to pay a deposit on the order which they were happy enough to receive but they can not do anything to trace my order and make sure that I receive it.<br> <br> The service is truly poor, staff has no care and they will not offer any assistance. They are laid back and have a don't care attitude.<br> <br> No wonder Look and Listen has to get financial aid in order to keep their doors open. With the service level the doors will not be open much longer.
