No feed back on my refund its been 3months

Hi,I joined longrich on the 6/07/2018 was advise no fee for joining but I have to order stock for R2500 by a consultant name Sandra Ngcobo so I gave ger R2500 and she deposited the funds on longrich account I have sent longrich an e-mail about 14 days ago that I have not received my stock and I have spoken to Sandra and she referred me to Noxolo who was very rude to me she stated I cant get my funds back and she will find out if I can but not sure so I need help on how to get my funds back since I now being mis treated and no one to assist please any hello Peter consultant to assist me on how to go about on this cause I also tried to call the offices and the number doesnt exist but the company is still operating in Johannesburg
