Product Disappointment

I bought caps called Longjack XXL and they did not deliver the expected results, it was just a ****. I even wrote an email trying to request a refund and they asked me my order number, after giving them they just disappeared and never got back to me. I spend R2000 for the capsules.

I tried communicating with them through their emails which are: *** *** ***

I have veen struggling to get my refund from them and they do not respond to my mails anymore.
