Cold Food and warm wine

I ordered the House wine on the menu, but it was room temperature. After a complain the manager brought me a glass that was a bit colder, saying that he poured a glass and put it on ice. Our food was cold, not even the plates were warmed up. My piece of rump was supposed to be 200g, but I doubt if it was 120g. Needless to say, I sent it back. We decided to make the best of the evening after all and shared my husband's cold food. Surprisingly we were charged fully for our drinks and husband's food.
