Pathetic service and unprofessional employer and employee

On 25 August I went to Longcroft branding to do a flyer for a nails business. Spoke to the girl at front, she seemed rather confused, she told me to whatsapp her everything I want on the flyer and it would be done in 2 days, in 2 days she sent me a horrible flyer, I could have probably made a better one myself, I requested go get it redone, so she asked me to send her everything again which I did, got another unprofessional flyer. I felt I was being a burden she asked me to send her links to everything I want, I felt like I was doing mine and her job, so I did but I got the complete opposite of what I asked for. Eventually I told her do whatever you want I just need it urgently so she told me I need to be patient and send her my stuff again which I did for the 3rd time. It went another week I did not receive anything, so I went in store and spoke to her again, she requested I send her everything again, which I did, she told me i would have my stuff on Monday, on monday I asked her, she said it's not ready, Tursday I asked her she said shes writing exams I must give her 1 more day, which I did, on Wednesday I asked her, she told me she wants to take it home and do it, I had enough and told her stop what shes doing I want a refund and the owner's number which I had to Google and get myself because of her attitude. When I called the owner and explained he seemed sorry at first and informed me he will get to the bottom if it and money isnt the issue but will give me a call later on, I waited the entire day I did not receive any call. The next day I called him he did not take my call but WhatsApp me that his in a meeting, so I explained I expected a call back he rep**** with "o" 3 days later I never got a call from the owner neither did I get a flyer. When I went in on Saturday, the owner wasnt around I did get my refund back but 3 weeks delayed with my flyer. The owner and employee both were rude and arrogant and made it seem as if they are doing me a favor, when I did pay in full. The owner did not even suggest he will take matters into his hands and ensure my flyer is done and given to me, instead he ignored my call.
