Complaint Regarding Defective Longchamp Bag
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding a recent purchase from your store. I bought a Longchamp bag on the 28th and used it only once. Despite such minimal use, the bag developed bubbles on a small patch, which is highly concerning given the premium price associated with your brand.
When I called the store to address this issue, the store assistant provided an unsatisfactory explanation, suggesting that the defect could have occurred if the bag was rained on, washed in a machine, or not dried properly or exposed to humidity but this particular default chose one spot. None of these scenarios apply to my situation. To make matters worse, I was advised to iron the defective area—a solution that is not only impractical but also entirely unacceptable for a luxury product.
I find it difficult to believe that a bag of this caliber would require such care to maintain its integrity after a single use. It undermines the quality and durability that Longchamp is reputed for. The store assistant further mentioned that she cannot assist until they heard from the area manager, who echoed the absurd suggestion of ironing the bag.
