Shame on Longbeach Mall

I tour with a caravan, and visited this Mall this morning in bad weather conditions, to do shopping. At 09h45, the Mall security asked me some rediculous questions, bordering on chasing me away. I can not find any reason why I should spend my money at this Mall. I think the security should also be educated in dealing with tourists and visitors.
