I called in to book an appointment with Kenneth who informed me that he had quite a few openings, I asked what time they opened and was told 8h30 I requested that time to be informed it was booked, I requested the next time to be informed it was booked so I suggested that he check the board and perhaps tell me what openings he had to have him rattle off the numbers 1 through to 15 at which stage I put down the phone. I then called back and asked if he was the owner and had to repeat it several times while he tried to talk over me - he then eventually said he wasn't and on requesting the owners details was told to come in and get it off the board. He quite clearly has no interest in being in the job and even though I have supported this business over the last year I will NEVER EVER go back again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know about how rude and obnoxious Kenneth is. I suggest the owner looks for someone who has some form of customer service background as Kenneth has absolutely none. If that's even his real name and I have no doubt he will have some story to tell blaming me as the customer. WOW is all I can say
