I regret booking at Long Avenue guest house

We got ****med, we paid for accommodation through booking.com on the 22nd of November and when we got to the venue we were told that they are fully booked and the owner promised to refund us in the morning the 23rd of November. Today is the 2nd of December and we haven't received our refund. I am very disappointed and I trusted the Booking.com for bookings only to get this
