Lonehill Residents Association unhelpful

I live in the area and am shocked at how the Builders Waterhouse in Sunset Boulevard has downgraded the suburb and surrounding areas. We all understand that unemployment is rife and that jobseekers will gather around this area. But Builders Warehouse has made no effort to keep the pavements clean, tidy and beautified. I have been trying to contact the LRA for hours telephonically and after many electronic replies of "We are not available...." got through to 2 people, who were unhelpful, and claimed to not understand what I said. The LRA website refers to "The cleanliness, the open spaces and parks, the wide streets, the friendliness of the residents"......... Yet the people I spoke to claimed ignorance of the filthy and disgusting pavements surrounding the Builders Warehouse, where it is not the jobseekers who are the problem, but the business itself that does nothing to maintain a clean and attractive environment at its entrance and on its pavements. Shame on the Lonehill Residents Association!
