Loan Zone a Bunch of **********

Good day my name is Fortune Ringane, sometime in December 2017 i had a financial hiccup and was in desperate need of a cash loan. Considering the fact that i have in the past received smses from Loan Zone notifying me tha i have been pre-approved of a loan of R100 000 and prompted me to apply for it. Now that i was in need of the money i made that call to them however when i called they interviewed me on the phone , asking me questions that a credit provider would ask upon application of the loan or service and offcourse i gave out my infomation as i was convinced that i was in a process of applying for a very well needed loan. To my suprise towards the end of the call i realised tgis was not really an application for a loan to them . Instead they claim to look for a service provider on your behalf that would grant you a loan and u pay them a fee on monthly basis. Upon realising that i immediately asked the consultant to cancel this whole application because to me it really didnt make sense to pay a premium of R399 pm to a company for them to refer you to a potential service provider for a loan that you might not even qualify for or get but she hung up the phone. I called them again every time when i mentioned cancellation they would hang up.

In January they started to debit my account and the debit orders would retuen unpaid. Subsiquently to that i closed down my account as it was affecting my banking score.

To my suprise i have received a letter of demand feom Loan Zone claiming that i owe them R1499, for what ? i have no idea. This company is Bogus. They trick poor South African citizens . They make them believe that they are the credit providers and will give you a loan. The proceedure that they let you go through insinuates that they are the loan providers you comfortably give all your information.
