Lifestyle Legal/Loan Zone is a ****

This company started putting through debit orders on my account without my consent and I did not receive any services from them. I reversed the debit orders and contact them via email and told them to stop, they responded and told me that they have cancelled the service "whatever" it was however I had to pay a cancellation fee of R1390.00. All this occurred in January 2016 and ever since then I have been receiving threatening emails and sms from Lifestyle Legal demanding that I pay this amount. I escalated this matter to National Consumer Commissioner (NCC) and the last correspondence I had with NCC was in September 2016 via email when they told me that the matter was receiving attention and that they have hundreds of complaints with regards to Lifestyle legal and that they were struggling to track the owners of Lifestyle as the business was conducted online with no physical address the call centre agents refuses to disclose or give names of the owners when NCC visits the address which is register at CIPC they only find empty space and they're informed that there were never such tenants. My question is how did this pass Transunion? How can I be blacklisted based on **** A few weeks ago I got default alert notification from Transunion upon requesting and reviewing my credit report I confirmed that they have successfully listed a default against my name. This is a **** this company is ******** and it now using transunion to push they're ***** agenda and Transunion is playing along. If NCC can no help with this who then can we turn to????
