Debt my account no serves del

First you pay R499 then R99 for 11 months. Now i never signed the document and send it back. That means i never agreed for them to take money out of my account. They cannot provide any prove of serves del. for what ever it is i'm paying for. They say its legal serves they provide and all i wanted is to know if i could qualify for a loan. So this is false advertising "Lonezone" but gives you legal serves?

I repeatedly proof for service and a tax invoice that state what i'm paying for. Responce "Not Company Policy" . What a load of ****.

If anybody reads this please warn people you know to stay away of Lonezone sa.
