Bullying

<p>In February this year I have visted the website www.loanzonesa.o.za, when enter this in your browser the page that opens takes you to their "Apply Online", the only thing that is written there from the get go is "Please complete the form below" so, unaware of what you are actually getting yourself into, I filled it in, thinking that this is a "inquiry" you do, so that they can tell you if you qualify for something...NO...this is not so...when you click on "Submit Application" you have digitally signed a "contract"???? WHAT THE HELL!!!</p> <p>The mail they then sent you (I was shocked, because according to me I have done a inquiry (misleading website), states that you should please send your ID and proof of residence etc...</p> <p>In the mail body the following: "PRINT the form; COMPLETE and SIGN the form; and RESEND the form to: ********** I HAVE NOT DONE THIS and also:</p> <p>"PLEASE NOTE: IF THE ATTACHED APPLICATION FORM IS NOT SIGNED AND SUBMITTED ACCORDING TO THE ABOVE SPECIFICATIONS, WE CANNOT PROCEED WITH YOUR COMPLIMENTARY LOAN REFERRAL APPLICATION SUBMISSION TO OUR REGISTERED FINANCIAL SERVICES PROVIDER(S)."</p> <p>So according to this statement, I am fine I did not subscribe for anything, right? NO</p> <p>These guys load your details and charge you...Now they want me to pay for the service and "Lifestyle Legal Ltd" is going to take legal action against me....?? </p> <p>I am not going to pay for anything, as stated in the mail, I should have sent SIGNED papers, which I did not do. By all means if you can show me the signed papers, I will obliged to this...otherwise...I will take this to the appropriate Obudsman...</p>
