Bad service at London shoes

Hi I want to name and shame the very bad service of London shoes in Shoprite park in Parow very un professional staff with this company's bad client service I wanted to returns shoes that didn't fit me but according to the so called manager she cannot give a refund as there were no other shoes that I wanted they don't have money in there till cause they didn't make a sale yet and I have to want until the 25 when they make a sale for my money
