UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF

I have never received such service. I phoned to get my brothers laptop unblock n the ***** behind the phone told me if I don't know the tutor's name I must wait and she hanged up. Very unprofessional. IL be causing a scene very soon in rosebank. Bunch of *******!!!
