Unauthorised Debit Orders And No Cancellation Of Contract. THEMBI KHUMALO is the rudest person ever. I want my money NOW

I am absolutely appalled by the pathetic service and lack of honestly and integrity displayed by LSI. 1st of all I took out a contract with them under the impression that it was 12 months and only to be told oh its 24 months which I decided to let go off and life went on, they call at random hours for kids and never follow any instructions given which I found their service rendered to be absolutely terrible but okay. Fast forward 24 months was up in March. April 2021 my account gets debited and I called from the day the DO went off and let me tell you it was hell. I was told to wait 2 weeks which I blatantly refused because why should I wait for 2 weeks to get a refund of the money that was not even supposed to have been deducted in the 1st place? Also, why does it take 2 weeks to return the money that was so easily debited within seconds of my salary getting into my bank account.! I spoke to Thembi Khumalo who I most of the time had to call and make follow ups, soend a whole lot of money buying airtime and all she did was keep telling me about Johan whom by the way is never in the office or available to speak to angry customers. I have asked to spell to that Johan so many times and was told I cant and only offered to speak to him when I started losing my ****. Time was deliberately wasted until we reached the 2 weeks and went onto tje 3ed week of no refund and Thembi Khumalo told me to reverse the finds which I repeatedly told her I womt because the bank would charge me. She then sent me money to reverse which I did. I initially asked her to send me a co formation cancellation email as proof that i will not have to go through this emotional distress again and she even gave me her WhatsApp number and i sent her 2 of my email addresses which she never sent me even one. I remember specifically asking Phakisi and Thembi that we are approaching the end of May and i am afraid my account will be debuted again and I will have to find myself going through this whole back and forth of being told there is nothing wrong can do please wait for Jihan we will call you back and no one calls me back and I have to take my time away from my work and risk getting a warning just so that I can run around and behind the people who were not supposed to have taken my money when I never even skipped a debit order. And they both promised it will never happen and that they will send the cancellation, guess what??? I WAS JUST DEBITED YET AGAIN NOW!!!! And when I call Thembi Khumalo she gives me the worst tone and attitude I was so disgusted and angry. She told me ther is nothing she can do she did not take my money and that I must wait for Johan and all the **** she usually tells me. And when I ask her where is the cancellation email she promised to send me she tries to dodge my question because she **** and said she would send it and she did not she tells me she forgot and it would make no difference wether when sent it or not as the money would still have been deducted. THE NERVE OF THEMBI KHUMALO!!!! And then she proceeds to tell me to call down when I ask her to mind her tone with me and to not raise her voice at me. Never even once until today have I been rude with her or Phakisi wven though I had every reason to because why would LSI take my money? I DO NOT OWE YOU. I have never been so inconvenienced and angry in my life. LSI is a scan and lack honestly and professionalism. I want my money today and no later than today or I am going to my lawyers I am going to sue you. Your problems are not mine. Someone call me right away. You even debuted my account on the 24th and I get paid on the 26th what if this had bounced!!!??, I would have had to pay the bank for what??? I am ****ed off. I want my money and cancel this useless thing once and for all.
