Itutor is a ****

I joined this company 2 years back and never received any sort of service they said they offer. There's no contact with their clients and they keep deducting funds from my account now when I check my credit report I realized I am in arrears on theirs account while I did not skip a payment please help to get off this **** company. Please do not join this company it never worked for my kids and now they are ignoring my messages 😑
