I Want out

This company has ****med for over 2 years now... they don't deliver and won't allow me to cancel the contract, I want out because I am paying for nothing, their interest rate is 27.5 and I pay 1400 monthly when no one is tutoring my kids for the past 2 years... I asked for settlement letter and they still include interest on the settlement, PLEASE HELP ME GET OUT OF THIS CONTRACT. I did not know it was a loan... and now when I look on my credit report it reflects as a loan... I never took a cent from them. Their settlement is ridiculous and I feel like my hands are tied and there's nothing I can do about it... I cannot continue for another year paying for nothing... no one has tutored my kids at all.
