Failure to give full disclosure

Theresa I received your response. You are very wrong when you say I signed a contract where the terms and interest were specified. I still insist that I have a copy of the contract with me and the space where these were to be completed is blank. I think the terms and interest were filled in after I signed the contract i.e in my absence. Yes the said debit orders went through and I did not complain at first because I thought they are being deducted from the total amount of R17 995 which is the only amount reflected on the contract. Well I will have to instruct my attorney about this and take this matter to court, in the absence of an amicable settlement. Mapule matjokana
