Postgraduate Diploma

I am waiting since June 2015 to receive my postgraduate diploma from LSBF. After numerous e-mails to different people I get told that they are waiting for the exam board to issue such documentation. I fail to understand that there has not been a board meeting since February 2015. I need to have clarity on when I will receive my diploma?? Date? I have paid over a R 100,000-00 for this postgraduate diploma which I dont have in my possession. Please assist.
