HORRIFIC/**********E service

HONESTLY the absolute WORST experience ever. From the second we walked into the restaurant to the min we left we only had an ********** experience. We literally had to beg to be served and had to find a waitor to be serve us. Not a single waitor had any clue what to do and where very confused in their environment. 1 draft of Castle Lite beer was R75 and it was flat. I confronted the Manager who is Kelly and she told me there was nothing wrong with the beer. The food was cold when it eventually arrived 1 hour later. The Manager Kelly told me they where busy. we looked around and only 4 tables where being occupied. When leaving my daughter and wife needed to go to the loo , but they couldn't because the toilet was blocked to the brim. 1 of the other managers told us that he had to come from the upstairs restaurant because they weren't managing downstairs. This was ment to be a birthday celebration treat for my wife and it turned out to be the worst experience ever. I am going to make it my mission to tell everyone I know never to support this very poorly managed restaurant. Shocked beyond the core.
