Beware of this crowd

I entered into an agreement with London Link to manage my apartment - well outside of collecting the rent these guys never honoured the main clause in the contract - which provided for quarterly site visits. The upshot was that when the tenants moved out the apartment had been destroyed - not to mention that certain goods were ******. Their response was that there was very little that they could do? Oh wow - what a good business to be in - collect money and you don't have to do anything.<br> <br> Must say that the Ombudsman in the UK is also pretty useless .<br> <br> My advice look for someone reputable to manage your property.
