Worst service ever don't waste your time and money

Took my sandals to London Keys Vaal Mall to have them repaired after numerous calls which are never answered and multiple visits to the store, the repairman kept giving me excuses. I finally decided I was going to ask for a refund and ask for my sandals to be returned to me. Only to find that the store has subsequently moved to another shopping center. Went to the new premises to enquire, repairman only starts fixing my sandals after he sees me. After less than a week the leather is already peeling.
