incompetence and bad attitude

I went to the key shop named London keys found at the ba*****t at Lachlogen Mall in Bloenfontein. I asked the guy working if He will be able to make me the key if not available at the store. he said Yes. Ithen sat and waited for the key and left after receiving it. when I got to work one of the set of keys was not working. I sent one of my colleagues to return for refund and He said that they don't offer refund and he made another key. When returning with the keys It was still not working. I then went myself to return and he refused. I had to demand my funds back as the service rendered was not up to standard.He told me to leave as He had to help other clients. but to my amazement I am not the only one complaining as there was a lady who came to pick up shoe sand they were not even attempted yet. I then called the manager and refund was granted. Very bad service and Owners are not even aware of such incompetency. if they are I feel sorry for the growth of that business
