Did not recieve my goods

I took my shoes for repairs and was told to come fetch them after a week ,when I went a week latei was told that my shoes were not ready and I should wait another week. I did and still they were not ready.I then decided to go back and ask to be refunded and I was told that they would not give me my money I should just take my shoes just like that. I then asked for the owners number and I was told that I wouldn't be given his number coz this had nothing to do with the owner. So I left my shoes at the shop and my number a week ago so that they can call me, they still haven't contacted me.
