Bad service

Never change on the premises. The poor manager needs to leave clients in the shop to go make change. Manager don't have a office phone makes use of clients phones to contact the owner as he's using his personal phone and obviously not receiving airtime from the owner. Owner is arrogant and clearly have no idea on how to deal with clients. Won't recommend London keys to anyone as u receive unprofessional service.
