Worst customer service ever

Went to London keys and services for a new security key, test the key and didn't work. took the key back and they made me a new key, tried the key and no luck. Remove the whole lock and went back to them. Asked for refund but full of stories, so I phoned the owner and he told the guy behind the desk to make me a new key. After 45min he came back to me and said this one is better than the previous one, still not working correctly!!!!
