shoe repairs

on the 12 October I took a my shoe in for repair. I was advices to bring another shoe so that they can look the same, I did and was promised that I will get the both shoes on the 14. when I went on the said date they were not repaired add was told to come the following week. again on the day no repair was done and I was given same excuses and was told to come again the following week. that week again no repairs was done. on the 30 October I went again and still shoes were not repaired. I was given the same explanation and was told that those shoes were going to take long to repair and the salesperson started helping other customers. I asked for a refund and my shoes back but he refused citing that they have a no refund policy. he told me to call his boss using my phone and airtime and I refused. after along deliberation I left my contacts and asked that they should consult me within 24 hours.,till today the haven't consulted me. my shoes and money are still with them. <br> please help.<br> thank you<br> <br> faithfully yours<br> N.A Jacob
