Took in two pairs of shoes for sole replacements on 7th of January 2018. We were told that the soles would have to be ordered. On 17th of February we demanded a refund as the shoes were not resoled as promised. Corran ***ner) refuses to give a refund as he says the soles were ordered and have arrived (6 weeks late). He asked that his worker attend to our shoes first (while we wait), we are still waiting while his worker does other jobs. No refund, bad service, no assistance at all. Never again! Others should beware of this shady service provider.
